For purposes of activating, accessing your alumni portal and research purposes by LPU - Cavite community, we may collect basic information about you such as your student number, name, birthdate, course, year, and semester graduated, office 365 email address, civil status, gender, complete home address, contact number, email address, jobs180 resume link and employment details.

We are committed to protecting your personal data from loss, misuse, and any unauthorized processing activities, and will take all reasonable precautions to safeguard its security and confidentiality. Neither will we disclose, share, or transfer the same to any third party without your consent.

Your data will be retained by the Alumni Office permanently, the same may be updated and accessed by the Data Subject from time to time upon request. Obsolete data shall be disposed of in a safe and secure manner.
